Dear Friend,
You are invited to participate in the annual statewide Circles of Life
conference as an Exhibitor. This will be an exciting opportunity for
you to showcase your goods and services to a large group of parents
and professionals who live and work with children with disabilities.
The Conference will be held April 28 and 29, 2005 at the Marriott
Hotel Madison West. The Circles of Life Conference is in its 17th year
and is attended by over 500 people each year!
Each Exhibitor will have one 8 foot draped table with two chairs which
will be in the Michigan Room. Set-up time is between 7:00 a.m. and
8:00 a.m. on Thursday April 28th. Tear down will be Friday after 10:30
a.m. There is electrical available for a limited number of exhibitors.
Meals will be available to exhibitors for an additional fee. Plan on
someone to cover your table in the event you need to step away. A
neighboring Exhibitor may be happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: Latex balloons and candy/edible
food on the tables is prohibited due to safety/health concerns for our
participants. This will be strictly enforced.

The deadline for registration is April
8th. Confirmations of your registration will be made on or before
April 15th. Space is limited to a first come, first served basis.
