Important Dates & Reminders

The following are important dates for you to keep in mind as the conference approaches.

For Respite Care:

Registration deadline is Monday, March 21, 2007.

Registration:

Deadline: Post Marked by March 21,2007, or when the conference is full. No walk-in registrations.

To Register:

Download the Registration Form and complete it.
Make your check payable to Stedman Accounting.
Return your registration and payment to:
If registering more than 4 people, make a copy of the form and send all forms together with payment.

Refunds:

If needed, refunds can be made until March 21, 2007. You may transfer
your registration to a different person at any time.

Hotel Reservations:

Dealine for conference rates is March 21, 2007. Be sure to ask for the special conference rate of $62 single and $82 double for the Circles of Life Conference. See hotel web page for details.

Exhibitors:

Deadline for Registration is March 15 or when the exhibit hall is filled. See exhibitor web page for details.

Keepsake Program:

Deadline: All camera-ready ads and payment must be received by
March 15, 2007. See Keepsake Program web pages for details.

Scholarships:

Deadline: Scholarship applications must be request by March 9, 2007 by calling 608-266-7707, or send an email to john565671@yahoo.com. Return completed scholarship applications as instructed no later than March 15, 2007. See Scholarship web page for details.

Childcare:

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. The conference
does not provide childcare. Families may bring a friend, relative or
provider to assist them with childcare in the hotel room. Your child and
childcare provider may join you for meals at no additional cost (But must be
noted on the registration form). Note: there is no lifeguard on duty. Please
register your child and provider for meals on the registration form.

Respite:

Deadline to register is March 21, 2007 or when limit is reached. See Respite web page for details.

Porcupine Auction:

Reminder: This great fundraiser depends on great donations. Please donate
an item for the auction, or bring it with you to the conference on Thursday. If you
have questions about the auction you may call Linda Rowley at 608-263-5973 or
e-mail her at Circles@FvofWI.org. See Auction web page for details.

A Gathering of Youth:

Deadline: Registration due March 21, 2007 or when program is filled. See Gathering of Youth web page for details.

Sibshops:
