WHAT IS IT?

Gathering of Youth is a hands-on conference planned by and for youth with disabilities. It is geared towards high school-aged youth who have disabilities and are thinking about life after high school. Only youth will participate in these sessions.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

• Youth who have disabilities and who are currently attending high school.
• If this is your first or second time attending Gathering of Youth, you can register to attend. This allows room for other youth to take part in this wonderful experience.
• Registration is limited to 25 participants and is first come, first served. There will be no on-site, same-day registration.
• Youth who need one-to-one personal care or other assistance to participate must bring their own attendant (but no parents!). If you need ideas about how to find someone to come with you, contact Kirsten at the number below.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR GATHERING OF YOUTH

1. Call Kirsten Engel at (608) 242-8484 x228. Kirsten will register you over the phone for Gathering of Youth. If you meet the criteria and are one of the first 25 to register, she will assign you a confirmation number.

• Complete the Circles of Life Registration Form. Be sure to check that you are registered for Gathering of Youth and include your confirmation number.
