Midwest Center on the Law and the Deaf MCLD provides these services that bridge the gap between the legal/justice system and the deaf/hard of hearing community. You can contact MCLD through the Internet, telephone, TTY, and facsimile. The Midwest Center on Law and the Deaf has a mission to promote and protect the constitutional and civil rights of deaf and hard-of-hearing persons in the Midwestern United States.
