Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin The Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) is an organization created for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. DSAW's mission is to provide support to families and individuals with Down syndrome through education, information, and the exchange of ideas and experiences. Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin offers many programs including a newsletter, new parent information packets, parent match services, community education, and special events.
