Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation The Foundation is dedicated to advancing the quality of life of individuals and families affected by hemophilia or other blood disorders by ensuring a broad range of services and programs while supporting research to improve care and to find a cure. The Foundation was incorporated in 1974 as a private, non-profit organization and it serves the needs of over 2,400 Wisconsin residents as well as their family members. The Hemophilia Foundation's primary function is to support five treatment centers in the State which provide direct medical, psychosocial and financial services to our patients.
