that do not congregate people with disabilities.
Seeks to increase the stock of
affordable housing for people with disabilities over the long-term, not just
for our immediate clients. Wherever possible, public subsidies will be managed
to establish permanent affordability.
Seeks to enter into reciprocal
partnerships with people with disabilities and their families.
Commits to working with people
and their families to identify ways in which they can contribute financially
and otherwise, both to meeting their own housing needs and to building the
stock of affordable housing over the long term.
Commits to responsible
management of public funds and of its other resources, with the goal of
establishing and retaining a reputation as a reliable and trusted partner in
housing development.
