The UEM is a clearinghouse for individuals or agencies who wish to buy, sell, donate, loan, or rent assistive technology for individuals with disabilities. The listing is in the “Monitor” newsletter and is on the WATI website. This service is similar to the classified ads in the newspaper. You may receive an email notifying you when the “Monitor” is updated on the web by contacting our office and providing your name and email address.

What types of equipment are available from UEM?
Any equipment valued at more than $25 will be accepted, i.e., wheelchairs, van or bus lifts, adaptive computer equipment, automobiles with adapted controls, bathroom equipment, hospital beds, augmentative communication devices, etc. No equipment will be housed at the UEM office.
