The Wisconsin Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Network is a membership organization made up of the 17 community-based CCR&R agencies serving the entire state of Wisconsin. The mission of the WI CCR&R Network is to exercise leadership in the creation of an inclusive, high-quality child care/child development system and to promote the professional growth and development of its member agencies.

The Network offers training and technical assistance to its member agencies, collaborates with other agencies related to child care at the state level, and works on other projects as funding allows, including a statewide consumer education campaign and a Hmong family child care project.
