Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin grants the wishes of children who are living with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. All medically-eligible children, regardless of race, religion, ethnic background or family income are eligible to have their wish fulfilled. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin is a chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. Any child between the ages of 2½ and 18 with a life-threatening medical condition may be eligible for a wish.
