  • Have you ever wondered what Medicaid covers?
  • Have you been confused by denials from your health insurance provider?
  • Do you want to make sure that you never again say, “I wish I had that information for my child?”

If you answered YES, then this training is for you!

Family Voices of Wisconsin, in collaboration with the Southern Regional CSHCN Center,  invites you to attend a two- part training for parents of children with disabilities and/or special health care needs

This training is a crash course in the fundamentals of health care coverage and community supports for your child You will meet other families and learn about accessing community supports, how to maximize public support programs, including Medicaid and its waiver programs, and how to help your child while you are on waiting lists for services. You will also receive numerous resources that will be useful for your family. AND, lunch and chocolate will be served!
